I’m LeAnn, and I’m so excited to have you join us this season! Patchwork Show holds a very special place in my heart- every season I’m reminded just how magical this group of creatives is. Whether it’s your first show or your fifteenth, I’m here to support you, cheer you on, and help make your Patchwork experience awesome.

what’s new this season

We’ve created promotional graphics for you to use on social media and in your newsletters. Sharing them with your community helps bring more shoppers to the show (aka more eyes on your awesome work!).

VENUE & SET-UP INFO
Venue Overview
- Location type: Outdoors on pavement
- Wifi/electricity: None
- Pets: Leashed dogs welcome
- Parking: see map below
Setup Guidelines
- Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and displays—We provide space only.
- We recommend bringing canopy weights in case of wind.
- Please be courteous and put your trash in a trash can— Do not leave trash behind.
LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT
LOAD-IN
- Vendor arrival time is between 7:30am – 10:00am
- Enter from Appian way (follow the pink arrows in the map below) and line up at the gate to the show, our staff will check you in
You must have a Vendor Contact Card on your dashboard to enter the show. This can be an index card or similar, but it must be large enough for staff to read. Include:
Your name
Business name
Booth number
Cell phone number
This card is required so we can reach you if we need you to move your car. You will not be permitted to enter without it.
Park inside the show only while unloading. Then move your car to an outside lot (approximately .5 miles away, follow the blue or orange arrows on the vendor loading map) or use street parking. Follow all posted parking signs and city ordinances.
Disabled Parking: Reserved for vehicles with a disabled parking plate. This small area must remain available for disabled guests as well as vendors.
LOAD-OUT
- Load-out begins at 5:00pm. Please do not begin loading out until then.
- Load out the same way that you loaded in.
- Please pack your items completely BEFORE getting your car to load it.

10x10 booths are assigned a number and 4x6 booths a letter.
