Patchwork Show FREE Booth Grant Request form for Amazon Handmade Storefront Shops

Thanks to our partnership with Amazon Handmade, Patchwork Show vendors can get a FREE BOOTH—plus get featured perks like Instagram promotion, coffee hour, and optional booth signage. 


Unfortunately food and beverage vendors don’t qualify for the handmade category and can’t get this grant. 


To qualify, you’ll need to:

  1. Create an Amazon Handmade account here.

  2. List at least one product.

  3. Submit the form below with your Amazon Handmade storefront link.

  4. NOTE: Setting up an Amazon Handmade shop doesn’t cost anything up front. There are no monthly fees or listing fees once you’re approved. You do need an Amazon Professional selling account, which is normally $39.99/month, but approved Handmade sellers get that fee waived. The only cost is the 15% referral fee Amazon takes from each sale.

Once we receive and verify your form (usually in a week or so):

  • If you’ve already applied and paid before 9.30.25, we’ll process a refund. 

  • If you’re a new vendor and apply after 9.30.25, we’ll send you a coupon code for a free booth.

Important: Discounts are first come, first served and funds are limited. Complete your account setup and this form as soon as possible to secure your spot.

BOOTH GRANT FAQs

The discount is available for any accepted vendor in the Fall 2025 season at any location. 

They are available on a first come first basis, so get your form in ASAP. When they’re no longer available, this form will be closed. 

If you have completed all the steps, you’ll get the grant.

They will open for our next season in early 2026.

Patchwork Show Scholarship Cancellation Policy

Patchwork Show is a rain or shine event. We do not cancel, reschedule, or offer alternate dates due to inclement weather.

If you are awarded a scholarship and can no longer participate, you must notify us at least 30 days before the show. This allows us to offer the opportunity to another applicant.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the show will result in loss of your scholarship and may result in being ineligible for future Patchwork Show scholarships.

In rare cases, if unforeseen circumstances beyond our control require us to postpone the show, your scholarship will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
