vendor scholarship info & application
At Patchwork Show, we believe that creativity thrives in community—and that community should reflect the richness and diversity of the world around us. Each season, we offer seven vendor scholarships specifically for makers who are LGBTQ+, BIPOC, or brand new to in-person markets. This scholarship is just one of the ways we’re working to break down barriers and make space for underrepresented voices in the handmade world.

Patchwork Show Scholarship Cancellation Policy
Patchwork Show is a rain or shine event. We do not cancel, reschedule, or offer alternate dates due to inclement weather.
If you are awarded a scholarship and can no longer participate, you must notify us at least 30 days before the show. This allows us to offer the opportunity to another applicant.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the show will result in loss of your scholarship and may result in being ineligible for future Patchwork Show scholarships.
In rare cases, if unforeseen circumstances beyond our control require us to postpone the show, your scholarship will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
