I’m LeAnn, and I’m so excited to have you join us this season! Patchwork Show holds a very special place in my heart- every season I’m reminded just how magical this group of creatives is. Whether it’s your first show or your fifteenth, I’m here to support you, cheer you on, and help make your Patchwork experience awesome.

what’s new this season

Swing by the info booth before the show starts to grab yours! It’s first come, first served—so don’t snooze on the snacks.

A successful show is a team effort—and our combined marketing makes a big impact!

We’ve created promotional graphics for you to use on social media and in your newsletters. Sharing them with your community helps bring more shoppers to the show (aka more eyes on your awesome work!).

Setup Guidelines

Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and displays—We provide space only.
We recommend bringing canopy weights in case of wind.
Please be courteous and put your trash in a trash can— Do not leave trash behind.

Business Permit

Now that you’ve been accepted as a Patchwork Show vendor, you’ll also need to get a City of Tustin business license.

The city of Tustin has asked us for a list of our vendors so that they can check and make sure you have a city business license (this is required for ANYONE who sells ANYTHING in the city of Tustin). Patchwork Junior vendors and partners offering a service are exempt from this. You can now apply online for the business license here.

THE CITY OF TUSTIN REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE THIS LICENSE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SHOW.

LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT

LOAD-IN

Vendor arrival time is between 8:00am – 10:00am on your show date.
Cars are not allowed inside the footprint of the show.
Vendors can begin unloading while parked along the streets of the show (making sure to follow posted city parking signs).
Please make sure to unload your car and then go park it before setting up your booth.

LOAD-OUT

We have a limited amount of vendor parking next to the show, available on a first come, first served basis. Vendors parked in this lot will not be able to move their cars during the show. Cars may be stacked in this lot such that you may need to wait for the car behind you to move before you are able to move your car.
We recommend leaving the street parking in the immediate area open for guests visiting the show. If parking is unavailable in the vendor lot, please try the lots marked on the map.
