Patchwork Show Refund & Cancellation Policy

Patchwork Show is a rain or shine event. We do not offer refunds, cancel, or reschedule due to inclement weather.

If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 30 days before the show to receive a refund of your booth fee (please note: application fees are non-refundable). Cancellations made less than 30 days before the show will forfeit their booth fee.

In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may require us to postpone the show. If that happens, your booth fee will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
