By applying, you agree to our photo release terms (HERE), refund policy (in the General FAQs HERE), and release Patchwork Show, its organizers, and event venues from liability for loss, theft, or damage to persons or property during the event.

Refunds, Cancellations & Postponements

Patchwork Show is a rain-or-shine event. We don’t offer refunds, cancellations, or reschedules due to weather. If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 30 days before the show to receive a booth fee refund (application fees are non-refundable). Cancellations made within 30 days of the show will forfeit the booth fee. In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances require postponement, your booth fee will automatically transfer to the new date.

Application Schedule

Applications submitted BEFORE Midnight PT on Tuesdays will be juried and notified by Thursday of the same week.

Applications submitted AFTER Midnight PT on Tuesdays will be juried and notified by the following Thursday.
