Patchwork Show San Francisco Vendor Information
A special edition of Patchwork show
Patchwork Show is teaming up with San Francisco’s Union Square Alliance for a special market experience at their Winter Walk festival! Winter Walk transforms two blocks near Union Square into a festive holiday destination featuring food trucks, family-friendly stage programming, holiday decor, and seasonal drinks.
Application process
The Winter Walk application process is separate (and different) from our other shows.
- Step 1: Submit your application at the bottom of this page and indicate your availability
- Step 2: If you are accepted into the show, you will receive a link to confirm the dates you’re accepted for and pay your booth fee. You will have 72 hours to pay your booth fee or your acceptance will be cancelled.
Application Timeline & pricing
This three-week show features rotating vendors, with priority given to applicants who commit to a full week. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis according to the following schedule:
- Full-week applicants:
- Apply by Tuesday at midnight to receive a decision that Thursday.
- Full-week pricing is discounted compared to daily rates.
- Partial-week applicants:
- Beginning November 4, 2026, we’ll fill any remaining spaces with applicants requesting less than a week. Applications will be reviewed on the same Tuesday–Thursday schedule.
We encourage vendors to apply for a full week to receive priority consideration and the full-week discount.

Event Schedule
Week 1: December 8-13 (December 8 will be a soft opening, with the grand opening on December 9)
- Week 2: December 14-20
- Week 3: December 21-27 (The market will be closed December 25th)
The market will be open from 11 am to 7 pm Monday through Wednesday, and 11 am to 8 pm Thursday through Sunday.
Booth spaces
You DO NOT have to set-up and break down your booth daily. Vendors are provided with a 6x6 ft wooden chalet, which close and lock for security (overnight security is on site as well) and include lighting.
Extra electricity (beyond included lighting) is available for an additional cost
Booths are located along Maiden Lane, adjacent to Union square
